LAUNONI Return Policy

We understand that sometimes items don't meet your expectations. We're happy to accept returns of items in original condition according to the guidelines below.
Launoni operates a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and return(mail) it to us.  

How to Return an Item If your LAUNONI purchase doesn't perform as expected, please contact us at info@launoni.com to initiate a return.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at launonillc@outlook.com to request a return
  2. Ship the item to our return address
  3. Email us the USPS tracking number for monitoring
  4. We'll process your refund within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unwashed and unaltered
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Defective or incorrect items: Full refund to original payment method
  • All other returns: Customer pays return shipping costs

Important Notes:

  • We cannot be responsible for lost return shipments
  • Original shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to our error
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method for defective/wrong items

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we will not accept returns on any SALE item, any item damaged during the return transit, or any item that has been washed, altered or gift cards.we cannot Launoni will not assume responsibility for lost return shipments.
We will not credit any original shipping charges that you paid unless the return was a result of our error. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@launoni.com .

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us by email info@launoni.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Reserved Rights and Legal Notice
We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and reject returns that show excessive wear, alteration, potential fraud, or other irregular activity. We may refuse service in store or online for similar reasons. Non‑Launoni items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
